Dear Friends,
We are happy to
report an overwhelming response to the 100th human
going out to 1000 more humans free. However, many have contacted
us confused regarding the process. In order to give everyone an
opportunity to receive a free copy of the 100th human,
we decided to offer this FAQ:
1. Q.
Why is there still a fee showing?
A. When you use the "discount code" the full price of
the book ($14.95) is discounted to $0. However, there is still a
shipping charge to cover postal fees and packaging. Sunbury Press
is a small publishing house and unfortunately is unable to carry
the many thousands of dollars it would cost to ship all the books
for free. The shipping cost is not a hidden fee, it is simply the
cost to get the book to you. (For one copy within the US the cost
is only about $2.59 if sent via USPS - media mail.)
2. Q.
I put in the discount code, but the price has not changed. Why?
A. The discount will not show until you hit the "Next"
button at the bottom of the first checkout page (after
putting in your shipping information). However, the discount will
show at the bottom of the next page BEFORE you enter your credit
card information, so you can be assured you are receiving the full
discount. If you are ordering multiple copies, the full price of
the books will be discounted to $0, and only the shipping charges
will be applied.
3.
Q. Where do I enter the discount code?
A. The discount code must be entered where it says on the page:
"Discount Codes and Gift Certificates"
which is just before the "Checkout Questions"
part of the first checkout page.
4. Q.
I can't find the page to order my free book. What is the URL?
A. http://www.the100thhuman.com/afreecopy.html
5. Q.
Can I order more than one free book?
A. Yes, just make sure you fill out the 1st form for each recipient
and then put the correct number of copies in the blank when you
check out.
6. Q.
Can I just call and order my free copy?
A. No. Unfortunately, we do not have the staff to handle all the
free orders. You can only order your free copy online.
We sincerely hope this is helpful and that you order your free copy
today, enjoy it with our blessing and share it with your friends.
Namaste,
Chris Fenwick
